Project Management Tool - Roll Out

Overview

With the new project-management tool Taiga, the project department gets a central, visual overview of every ongoing fibre-rollout project. The goal: keep the status of each build transparent at all times, assign responsibilities clearly and improve teamwork. This project also serves as a template for structuring rollout projects Kanban-style and forms the basis for a standardised project overview.

Tasks & implementation

Set up the initial structure in Taiga

• Configured a Kanban board with meaningful status columns

Documentation & enablement

• Status descriptions and a usage guide for project leads on a Taiga wiki page
• Trained all team members
